Reliable LLM Automation

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This site sells reliable LLM automation services. It collects as little personal data as possible, and only to respond to enquiries you start. This page explains what is collected, why, who processes it, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the independent consultant operating this site (“I”, “me”). For any privacy question or request, contact emanuel@projectapollo.app.

What I collect, and when

I only collect personal data if you choose to start the intake chat or email me. That can include:

  • Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
  • Your business type and the workflow you'd like to automate.
  • The messages you send in the intake chat, and a transcript of that conversation.

I don’t ask for special-category data, and I’d ask you not to share anything sensitive or confidential in the chat — it’s only meant to scope a possible piece of work.

Why I use it, and the lawful basis

I use your details solely to understand your enquiry, reply to you, and arrange a call about possible work. The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the chat, and my legitimate interest in responding to a genuine business enquiry. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it (sub-processors)

  • Netlify — hosts the site and receives intake submissions, which it stores and emails to me. Submissions sit in Netlify's form dashboard.
  • Anthropic — powers the intake chat assistant. The messages you type are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the assistant's replies. They are not used to train models on by default under the API terms.

These providers may process data outside your country; where they do, they rely on standard contractual safeguards.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies

By default the site sets only essential cookies needed to make it work — including a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and a cookie Netlify uses when you submit the intake form. These don’t track you and don’t need consent.

If you press Accept on the cookie banner, I may additionally use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. None of that loads unless you accept, and you can change your mind any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email emanuel@projectapollo.app. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
